Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Online taxation of Sales tax is required for your order only if you are located in the same area as one of our operating business offices.

  • Canada
  • Mexico

I have a question about my charges.
  Please Click the "My Account" provided link or the link at the top right hand side of our site to log in and review your orders. Once there you may compare your order history and any payment(s) on our website, with your financial records.
If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my Receipt / Invoice.
  Please click the "My Account " link here or at the top right hand side of our site, and log in to your account. Once there you can go to the "Print invoices" link and reprint any Invoices needed.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  The credit time frame depends on the credit types below:

  • Returns: If you are returning a product for credit we must first receive and inspect the item(s) before determining the credit. Please send any item(s) to us via trackable method. All returns must be inspected by our quality control team. Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return to inspect your return and apply your credit. If you set up your account with a valid email you will be emailed the credit information the same day it is processed. Please review our Returns Policy Page before returning any items.

  • Shipping: If there is a possible shipping error, and you have paid for shipping: - Please contact us once you receive your item. You may also check our Shipping and Delivery time frames to make sure the correct timeline was allowed for. Delays due to fires, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for delivery refunds.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within the first 24 hours of you placing the Order. When placing your Order you will be asked to agree to Polygroup's Returns Policy , the stated Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before finalizing the order.
Once the order is placed you cannot cancel the order. Please make sure to read all of our policies before clicking the "Place Order" button.
