When can I expect my product to arrive?

Polygroup wants you to receive your product(s) as soon as possible. In many cases, product(s) will arrive in 7-10 business days after you place your order.

Please note that FedEx does not guarantee delivery times for Ground shipments. If you wish to receive your products by a certain date, please choose one of our expedited shipping options. Also, please note that FedEx services do not deliver on weekends or holidays, but only on non-holiday weekdays Mondays through Fridays. FedEx delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for shipping refunds.

When will my order ship?

Once the order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process. After it has processed, it will be shipped. Note: Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the next business day (excluding Holidays). Please see shipping times below to estimate the arrival of your product(s).

What shipping options do I have?

Free Shipping

Free shipping for all orders placed to the contiguous United States (Lower 48, not including Alaska or Hawaii).

FedEx (Please add 2 days to shipping times for warehouse processing)
  • Next Day Air - Orders placed by 8am MST are shipped the same day, all other orders will be shipped next day.
  • Home Delivery - 1 to 5 business days depending on distance to location
  • Express Saver - 3 business days
  • FedEx International Economy - 2 to 5 business days depending on country and distance to destination
USPS (Please add 2 days to shipping time for warehouse processing)
  • First Class - 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping to PO boxes and APO addresses

If you wish to have the items shipped to your PO box or APO address, please be sure to select a USPS shipping option, FedEx will not ship to PO boxes or APO Addresses.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our warranty claim center right way to ensure that you receive a replacement. If the package is visibly damaged, you have the option to refuse the package and the carrier will return it to our facility. Please do not contact the carrier, as you will not be able to file a claim; please call us at 1-888-919-0070, and we will file a claim.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated based on the delivery address provided before submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All of our shipping costs are tied directly to the shipping method picked for live rates at time of order placement.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account " link provided or at the top right hand side of our site to review and track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation to the email you provided on the account when your order has shipped. This will include tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you do not see an email from us please check your spam folder.
