How do I create an account?
 

1) Click the " My Account " link in the top right corner of our site.
2) For New Customers please click the "Continue" button for first time registration.
3) Enter your email address then verify your email.
4) Protect the account with a password you will remember.
5) Then simply click continue to complete setting up your account.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.
The email address you provide is used for your Login and package tracking only. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Please click on the "My Account" link provided or at the top right hand side of our site to Log in. This will take you to your account where you can Change all of your personal settings, and account information.
I forgot my password, do I have to call you?
  You can reset your password anytime you need. Click the "My Account" link provided or at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". The provided link will send an email to you so that you can reset your password.
How do I return my product?
  Some items are non returnable. Please make sure to read our Returns Policy Page before spending money on return shipping.

An RMA number is required for all returns.
I received the wrong product.
  If the product you received is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can contact us by phone at 1-888-919-0070 or you may email us at warranty@polygroup.com for assistance.
